Individuals and businesses have gravitated to the Skype service as it provides free peer to peer calls and very competitive international rates for dialling abroad. Browser Chooser is a small tool that allows you to open a particular link in the chosen browser you wish to either test or browse websites with.
Sometimes when I got nothing to do, I test my network for vulnerabilities. I like to think I have secured my network to the maximum extent possible so that only elite and skilled hackers are able to get in.
I use the Nessus client, which I will discuss later on. I would start sniffing networks around my house, only to find a bunch of unsecured networks, even with WPA or WPA2 on. Of course, I don’t want to be identified, so I change my computer name and spoof my MAC address.
Spoofing a Mac address isn’t as easy as spoofing it in Linux (sudo macchanger *machere*). But in Windows, 1 Registry Edit will do.

Windows 7 is just around the corner. The real question now is how you would like to install it. There are two options for installing Windows 7, Custom and In-Place Upgrade. Custom meaning a clean install. In-Place Upgrade meaning you can upgrade your OS and keep your programs and settings. Unfortunately, not all Windows 7 versions will allow both these options. All possible upgrade paths are shown on the chart below.
